The project

Three everyday tasks in one place.

Teams on site and in the office need to log their hours, know who is available when, and talk about their projects. RBK Tim brings these together in one app, so nothing gets lost between timesheets, calendars and chat groups.

Time tracking

Working hours per project

Employees enter start and end time, project and task. One tap fills in the current time. Entries can be marked as billable time records, and daily and monthly totals are calculated on the server.

A shared schedule

Week and month views show appointments with their project and participants, alongside holidays, sick days and public holidays by region. Admins get a team view with everyone’s hours and remaining leave.

Project chats and updates

Conversations with colleagues, groups or whole projects, including photos, files, replies and reactions. Push notifications and an in-app notification centre point to changes, and tapping one opens the affected item.

How it’s built

📱

One Flutter codebase

Mobile apps and the web dashboard share models, business logic and widgets across iOS, Android and the browser.

☁️

Firebase backend

Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions hosted in the EU, with security rules that separate every company’s data.

📊

Server-side statistics

Cloud Functions keep daily and monthly totals per employee and project up to date, so the apps stay fast.

✨

Privacy-aware AI

An optional assistant for admins answers questions about hours and projects. Names are replaced by neutral labels before any request leaves the backend.
